We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order modifications once a purchase has been completed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We carefully inspect every order before shipment.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
Once reviewed and approved, AiA will offer either:
- A replacement item (if available), or
- Store credit equal to the purchase price.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
